Officers responded to the 2200 Block of Curtis and Arapahoe Streets on a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, the victim was located and found to be suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately died shortly after arrival. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Stanley Stevenson have yet to be identified.
