On September 16, 1993, officers responded to the 1200 block of Washington and Clarkson Streets after receiving a 'shots fired' call. Upon arrival officers found 53 year old Dennis Sullivan suffering from gunshot wounds. Mr. Sullivan died from his injuries. Mr. Sullivan's vehicle was stolen.
