About this Case:
44 year old Polly Sullivan was the manager of the transitional housing for the homeless project known as Crooked Tree, which was located on the former Lowry Air Force Base. On December 26, 1998, after not being seen for a day, Polly was discovered stabbed to death at the Crooked Tree complex. She was known to have problems with several of the tenants that lived in the complex. Polly was a member of the Muscogee Creek Indian Tribe.
