About this Case:
On May 18, 2006, officers responded to the 11200 block of East Dartmouth Avenue on a report of a shooting. The victim, Phillipe Toliver was in the parking lot of this location with a friend to meet with some people. Upon arrival, officers found Phillipe dead in the front passenger seat of a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
