About this Case:
On July 24, 2004, the victim, Gary Trujillo, was involved in a fight with an unknown suspect. During the course of the physical confrontation, Mr. Trujillo was stabbed. He was transported to a local hospital and after his condition stabilized one week later, he was discharged. However, on the morning of August 5, 2004, Mr. Trujillo died as a result of medical complications subsequent to the stab wounds he sustained during the fight.
