In the morning of June 21, 1986, officers responded to a call just east of the 400 block of Pacific Avenue. Upon arrival, the lifeless body of Albert Garcia was found with his wallet taken. At the time of his death, Garcia was wearing a brown, down-filled winter jacket, a white cotton v-neck shirt, black dress slacks and black tennis shoes.
