About this Case:
On September 19, 1982, the remains of an unknown woman were located on the Northwest bank of the San Juan River, at the New Mexico/Colorado border, south of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. An autopsy indicated the victim had been strangled. She was found wearing Wrangler blue jeans, blue quilted Mao/peasant style padded jacket, a purple halter top blouse, and pink lace panties. The victim was later identified as Margaret Ann Walden. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the Archuleta County Sheriff's Office.
