About this Case:

On May 19, 1976 Jarl Hoffman, an inmate at the Camp George West Camp, was playing a game of billiards in the recreation building with other inmates. While inside the building Hoffman was shot by someone from outside, near Old Golden Road. A vehicle was seen speeding away. Nearby, five dogs were shot, two other dogs shot at, and other gunshots were fired within a few hours before and after homicide.
