On August 24, 1996, two young boys found the body of "Baby Faith" on the shores of Horsetooth Reservoir in Fort Collins, Colorado. Investigation revealed the newborn suffocated after being wrapped in a plastic garbage bag. The identity of her parents remains unknown.
