Around 9:30am on Sunday, October 10, 1999, Mr. Llabani Sanchez was found deceased due to internal bleeding resulting from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. The primary suspect, Tomas Lee Antonio Vialpando, may have shot and killed Mr. Sanchez after a disagreement as his apartment located at 90 Blackburn Lane.
