On this day, Tracy Neefs mother dropped her off at her school, Bertha Heid Elementary School in Thornton at approximately 8:30am. Tracy never made it into the building and that was the last time she was seen alive. Her body was found later that day dumped near Barker Meadow Reservoir outside Nederland in Boulder County.
