About this Case:
Denise Davenport was a student at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. She was reported missing to the Greeley Police Department. Denise was last seen on February 24, 1985 when she left work at the Greeley mall wearing a bright pink two-piece suit, with a white blouse and black pumps. The vehicle Ms. Davenport was driving, her boyfriend's blue Mazda RX-7, was discovered a few days later in a dormitory parking lot on 9th Avenue near Frazer Hall, located on the University of Northern Colorado Campus. On April 20 of 1985, the body of Ms. Davenport was located by kayakers in the South Platte River, 1 mile east of Highway 34 between 18th Street and Highway 3 near Greeley.
