About this Case:

On Wednesday, April 18, 2007, officers from the Gold Hill Division responded to the 300 block of East Pikes Peak Avenue regarding several reports of shots fired. Upon arriving, officers observed a yellow taxi cab that appeared to have been involved in a traffic accident on Wahsatch Avenue. Inside the cab, officers discovered 53 year old Mr. Terry L. Wilson, the apparent victim of a gunshot wound. At this time it appears there was a gun battle between two groups of individuals on Pikes Peak Avenue, where Mr. Wilson was fatally wounded as an innocent bystander.
