About this Case:
On May 6, 2000, Ramon Magana left his car running outside of his residence when a suspect attempted to take the vehicle. Mr. Magana attempted to stop the suspect from fleeing by grabbing onto the side of the vehicle and holding on. The suspect then ran off the road and struck a tree. Mr. Magana died from his blunt force injuries. The suspect responsible for the death of Ramon Magana has yet to be identified.
