About this Case:
The investigation disclosed the victim, Alejandro Gregorio-Tiro, was outside of an apartment complex when an argument transpired near a vehicle. During this time, an occupant of this vehicle became upset and struck Mr. Gregorio-Tiro with an unknown object. From this assault, he immediately collapsed and was later transported to a nearby hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
