About this Case:
On August 7, 2011, officers from the Denver Police Department responded to shots fired in the 3300 block of Grape Street. The investigation revealed that Donald Hubbard, age 52, had been walking in the area with two other males when a vehicle drove by. Someone in the vehicle fired a single shot striking Mr. Hubbard. Paramedics transported Mr. Hubbard to a local hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries.
