About this Case:
On July 12, 2010, officers responded to the location of 1824 E. 36th Avenue on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, the officers located one subject, Ms. Katsina Roybal, dead on arrival and a second with a gunshot wound of the leg. The investigation found that the victims were standing on Ms. Roybal's porch when two males approached them and began to fire. Victim Katsina Roybal received a gunshot wound of the head.
