Officers were in the process of investigating a report of shots fired in the area of W. 35th Avenue and Bryant Street when they were informed that a victim was inside a nearby home suffering from a gunshot wound. Upon checking the residence officer located the victim. The victim, later identified as Pete Carabajal, was pronounced deceased at the scene. the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Pete Carabajal have yet to be identified.
