About this Case:
On April 5, 2003 officers responded to 12085 East Colfax Avenue on the report of shots fired. Officers were told that the two vehicles involved had left the area. The victim was later found in the 1200 block alley between Newark and Nome Streets with a gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses described the suspect as a black male wearing a white t-shirt, having a light complexion, hair in braids, thin mustache, goatee and/or beard.
