41 year old Stephanie Kay Fladgard was last seen in Castle Rock, Colorado on October 18, 1996. Stephanie never showed up for work at her gas station job that day as scheduled, and has not worked in the US since this date. Prior to her disappearance, Ms. Fladgard had been involved in multiple violent altercations with different men, including Keith Carl Jones, who had been stalking her for approximately three months prior to her disappearance.
