About this Case:
On Memorial Weekend 2004, Nancy Mason was killed after falling into Colorado's Chalk Creek while on a fishing trip with her new husband and a family friend. After the fall, her husband, Dan, called 911 through a landline due to the lack of cellphone service. According to his report, he and his friend had been fishing downstream while Nancy had wandered off to find a spot higher up and next thing he knew there was a scream, and she was in the creek. Nancy was pronounced dead at the scene due to a broken neck. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office.
