On October 15, 1995, the skull of an unidentified female was located near Echo Lake in rural Clear Creek County, just south of Idaho Springs. She was estimated to be between the ages of 17-36 and to have been deceased for approximately two years before discovery. Extensive search failed to turn up any other body parts.
