About this Case:
On April 16, 2012, around 9:20pm, Mr. Del Rio was working at the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store located at 5125 Chambers Road when armed suspects entered the business and robbed it. He was shot in the back during the course of the robbery by one of the unknown suspects and died as a result of his injuries.
