On December 19, 2015, at approximately 5:11 a.m., Officers were summoned to 14100 e. 32nd Avenue on a report of a body inside a vehicle. Fernando Chavez-Lara was located at the scene suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. It appeared that he had been there for some time and had been restrained with his hands tied behind his back.
