About this Case:
On April 9, 2013 at approximately 6:38 A.M., Uniformed Officers of the Aurora Police Department were summoned to 1360 Racine Street, by the daughter of the victim. She entered the victim's home and observed a television missing and that the residence had been ransacked. She also located her deceased father in the residence. The victim had apparently been restrained and due to medical issues, succumbed to positional asphyxia.
