About this Case:
In the early morning hours of March 12, 2008, officers were called to East 13th Avenue and Valencia Street on a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they found 24 year old Charles Rhodes located outside of 1329 Valencia Street. He had been shot several times by unknown suspects and died as a result of his injuries.
