On November 5, 1990 human remains were discovered by passerby lying face down west of the highway. The decedent was found wearing a brown jacket with interior white furry lining, a grey long sleeved shirt with alternating red and blue horizontal stripes, a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and brown shoes.
