About this Case:
On the night of November 10, 2008, officers responded to the 2300 block of South Decatur Street on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, the officers located the victim, Reyes Torres, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the abdomen. Paramedics transported him to Denver Health Medical Center where he unfortunately died the following day as a result of his injuries.
