About this Case:
35 year old Francisco Silva-Ruelas was at the Tequila Club located on the 5100 block of Federal Boulevard and was involved in a fight with another male patron. Francisco was escorted from the establishment by bouncers. Once outside a physical altercation took place between the bouncers and Francisco. In the midst of the altercation Francisco was kicked and ran over by a vehicle trying to leave the area. He died as a result of his injuries.
