About this Case:

On November 22, 2005, 20 year old Thomas Raymond Kinslow had just finished his shift at work. Around the time Mr. Kinslow arrived home from work, several 911 calls were received reporting shots fired in the 3900 block of Constitution Avenue. Colorado Springs police officers arrived to find Tommy Kinslow lying in the middle of Constitution Avenue a short distance from his residence. Tommy died from multiple gunshot wounds. There were eyewitnesses that saw the vehicle and suspect departing from the scene and even with a thorough search of the area by K-9 teams, the suspect was not located.
