About this Case:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting in the parking lot of the Cambrian Apartments. The victim and his girlfriend were homeless and sleeping in the laundry building. The victim became involved in a verbal dispute with another male. The other male left, but a short time later the victim encountered the male again where a second verbal altercation occurred. During this altercation several other subjects became involved. One of the subjects shot Albrecht in the face.
