About this Case:
On May 26, 2014, Mr. Taylor was rafting on the Colorado River with two other friends. They had a raft accident at the 5th Street bridge. Ctormy's two friends swam to shore and were rescued. Ctormy was reported to never make it to shore and has not been seen since. An extensive search for Ctormy was conducted for months with negative results. He was last known to be wearing black basketball type shorts with a silver stripe on each leg. Ctormy's cell phone was found at the Onion Creek beach area near Moab, Utah in June of 2014.
