About this Case:

On June 2, 2014, 23 year old Christopher Lynn Frazier embarked on a recreational outing along the Arkansas River in Pueblo, Colorado. Engaging in tubing near the Kayak Course, Frazier fell from his inflatable tube around 4:30pm. Witnesses reported seeing him face down and unresponsive as the river's strong currents carried him downstream, eventually over the spillway near Santa Fe Avenue. Despite immediate search efforts, Frazier was never seen again. He was last seen shirtless and wearing yellow shorts.
