About this Case:

On March 19, 1979, Clyde Peterman was found in the bathtub of his apartment at 246 Belford Avenue, Unit 6. Mr. Peterman had a series of cuts, bruises, and other wounds over his body. The autopsy also showed blunt force trauma to the head. Mr. Peterman was a janitor at a local hotel, when he did not show up for work his boss went to his apartment and found his body. Mr. Peterman was a recovering alcoholic and was openly gay. There were several people who had issues with his lifestyle.
