About this Case:
On November 7, 2013, Colorado Springs Police officers responded to a call to the area of Byron Drive and Murray Boulevard around 8:40pm. When they arrived, they found Espinoza in the street with a gunshot wound. Espinoza was taken to a local hospital, but later died from his injuries. Witnesses reported seeing one person running from the scene around the time of the gunfire and described the suspect as a male who was relatively short in stature and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
