Richard Oden, who lives on a property at 1490 CR 530, near the Black Hills area in Walsenburg, Colorado, was reported missing by his landlord at about 7:30 pm July 20, 2019. Reportedly, Oden had gone on a walk near the property but never returned home. There is no information of what Oden was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
