On August 10, 2014, at approximately 1:00am, the victim, Eliel Olguin, was outside in the 600 block of South Osceola when unknown suspect(s) fired a gun at him. Mr. Olguin was struck twice and fell into the driveway of 629 S. Osceola Street. The suspect(s) left in the suspect vehicle northbound on Osceola Street. The victim was pronounced dead at DHMC.
