About this Case:
Just before 1am on April 14th, 2020, on US Hwy 160, at mile marker 491 in Cortez, Colorado, a man driving discovered the body of Geraldine Castilleja (Israel) and called 911. She had been the victim of a hit-and-run. The incident had occurred in the 1500 block of S. Broadway. Whoever hit Geraldine took off into the dark. That night, Geraldine was walking to her parents home in Towaoc. Another person was later killed by hit-and-run in the same area.
