About this Case:
On Feb. 4, 2011, at about 11:19am, Weld County dispatch received a call of a possible dead body under a bridge in the area of Weld County Roads 53 and 4, near Lochbuie, Colorado. At the scene investigators discovered a deceased, frozen body, wrapped in a blanket in a dry irrigation ditch. The victim appeared to have been dumped from the bridge above the ditch. The body was identified as Adrian Avalos-Tavera. The cause of death was ruled a homicide. Adrian was only 23 years-old at the time of his death, and he was last seen alive on in December of 2010.
