About this Case:
On October 30, 2005, 19 year old Gregario Acero-Estrada and his friend were seated in a vehicle, which was parked in the lot of a Burger King restaurant, when it became surrounded by numerous individuals. These individuals then began to strike the Gregario's vehicle. During this same time, several gunshots were heard. Both Gregario and the other occupant of the vehicle were struck by the gunfire.
