About this Case:
On July 12, 2008, at approximately 3:40am, officers responded to 3168 West 14th Avenue on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, the officers located Carl Frazier suffering from an apparent fatal gunshot wound(s). His black Nissan truck was found nearby. His wallet had been stolen. Before Frazier was murdered, he spent the evening at the Wrangler, a bar at 17th and Logan in Denver. According to friends, he left before the bar closed, but it is unknown where he went for the next two hours. At the time of his death, Frazier was a computer analyst for the Catholic Health Initiatives hospital group based in Denver.
