About this Case:

On March 3, 1973 the nude body of Maxine Ansley was found in Sloans Lake in Denver. Her hands were bound together with an electrical cord and her mouth taped shut when her body was found by a maintenance man who saw her feet in the water near a boathouse building. A coat which was cut up the back, slippers and a bra were also found in the lake. Ansley was last seen the day before she was discovered at work at a medical office building in Westminster, Colorado. Autopsy results indicated that Ansley had died due to suffocation caused by drowning. No visible wounds were found on her body.
