About this Case:

On June 15, 1991, James Albert Hamm was riding his beloved motorcycle in Pueblo, Colorado. Mr. Hamm came to a stop sign at Beulah and West Arroyo Avenues. As Mr. Hamm turned left onto Beulah, a shotgun fired five shots striking Mr. Hamm. Mr. Hamm's son, James Leroy Hamm who lived a few houses away, heard the gunshots and ran to the scene. His son found his father lying in the street near his motorcycle. Mr. Hamm was transported to the local hospital where he died a short time later.
