On May 1, 1992, 40 year old Eugene Arnold was in an alley located near the 5100 block of Alley Beach Ct. and Bryant St, talking with several other males. One of the males produced a shotgun and shot Mr. Arnold twice, killing him at the scene. The suspects then drove away from the scene.
