About this Case:
On the evening of November 18th, 1978 a resident of Denver's Five Points neighborhood went into Denver Fire Station #3 to alert the firefighters of a man that was observed in the alley near 26th and Welton Streets in an unresponsive state. The victim was identified as 36 year old Nathaniel Bailey. He was immediately transported to a local hospital where it was discovered that Mr. Bailey had been shot to death.
