About this Case:
On January 19, 1971, 51-year-old Willa Berks-Brady was attacked and beaten insider her apartment located on the 1400 block of Glenarm Street in Denver, Colorado. She survived the initial attack and was rushed to the hospital, but fell into a coma. She never regained consciousness and ultimately died from her injuries over two months later on March 27, 1971. Denver homicide detectives were never able to interview Berks-Brady to determine if she knew her attacker. There was no evidence found in her apartment that led to the identity of her assailant.
