About this Case:
Otis Brown Jr. was last seen by a co-worker at 8:30 P.M. on November 30, 2007. They had gone to a bar after work. Otis left for home early because he had to work the next morning. On December 1, 2007, officers received a call on a suspicious vehicle in the 3900 block of Jackson Street. Upon arrival, the officers located the victim shot to death in his car.
