On May 17, 2005, 21 year old Julian Delacruz was standing within a parking lot of a buisness located on the 5000 block of Federal Blvd when he became involved in an argument with some unknown parties. During the argument, Julian was knocked to the ground and was then intentionally struck and killed by a dark colored truck that was fleeing from the parking lot.
