About this Case:
On the evening of December 30, 1995, officers from the Denver Police Department responded to the area of East 24th Avenue and Downing Street on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, two victims were located and both were transported to a local hospital. One of the victims, Ray Desmond, died as a result of the gunshot wounds he sustained.
