About this Case:
On September 5, 2003, the body of Ms. Butler was found deceased, whom had been shot 3 times. She was found lying in her front yard on Linda Lane, near Western Hills Elementary School, at approximately 10am by a neighbor. It was determined that the firearm used was a small caliber gun. Students at the school said they saw a man near the home at the time of the shooting. He is described as black, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, medium build and in his mid-20s.
